The bass singer for the hit boy band N’Sync, Lance Bass where the group rose to fame as one of the most cultural icons of the early 2000’s. Since the group ended, Bass chose to become out with his sexuality in 2006 after tabloid speculation and being spotted in gay bars. While his financial backers ended his pursuits, Bass became a true cosmonaut and intended to board the international space station with NASA. His book, Out of Sync, became an international bestseller in 2007, and cited Justin Timberlake as the reason for the group not joining back together.
