4. Low Energy and Fatigue

Any time your body is fighting an infection, the body will reallocate a larger part of it energy in combating said infection. This can often leave the person with a feeling of fatigue, tiredness and lethargy. While this is a common enough symptoms with bronchitis, in reality, the reason you feel fatigued might be two-fold if bronchitis is responsible.
The human body needs oxygen constantly circulated throughout, from our brains to our finger tips. When our bodies do not receive enough oxygen, it begins to slow down, reserving its energy, and leaving a person feeling tired. With bronchitis, the air passageways can become partially obstructed (think shortness of breath), which can result in a prolonged feeling of fatigue.
