13. Remove whatever you can.

Of course we remove our everyday objects from the car before cleaning, but many cars can go one better. Know whether or not any of your seats are removable, and take out them out for a better clean. Remove all floor mats and hose them off. Many center consoles can also be removed for cleaning. Individually cleaning the entire area of these separate components will make for a much more satisfying clean at the end of the day.
