This can be a problem you had for years, or due to stress and work related matters you can’t have a good night’s sleep. But, it can also be a sneaky sign that you might have Alzheimer’s in his early stage. This is additionally supported by other dementia symptoms like aggression and disorientation which can build up as the day passes and result in insomnia and having trouble sleeping. Older people with advanced dementia have mixed up reality and dreams and their biological clock is changed so they often start wandering, which requires a person guarding them at night.
