This sign may not come as a great surprise because it is common among Alzheimer’s suffers. People affected by this disease are prone to disorientation as to time and place. They are forgetting where they live, lose track of seasons, dates and time passage in general. They may go to a certain location and forget where they went and why to that specific place and easily get lost. When it comes to the perception of time, they totally lose track. A few minutes may seem like a couple of hours or even days. When this symptom progresses, this person can’t take care of themselves and requires a special supervision.
